Mumbai University to seek CID probe into the TYBCom paper leak case
MUMBAI: Mumbai University 's Management Council , at its meeting on Monday, decided to hand over the probe into the TYBCom paper leak case to the state Criminal Investigation Department (CID).
While the police investigation is already underway, the university has now decided to seek a parallel CID inquiry into the matter.
Speaking to TOI, a management council member said that higher and technical education minister Chandrakant Patil had already announced a CID probe into the matter during the monsoon session of the legislative council.
