Odisha CM reports 96% resolution rate in grievance hearings
Bhubaneswar: Marking a significant improvement in the state’s grievance redressal mechanism , chief minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Monday said 96% of complaints received during the first 18 rounds of the CM Public Grievance Hearing initiative were resolved, helping boost public confidence in the administration.
At the 19th round of the programme at Unit II here, Majhi said 14,331 of the 14,941 petitions received so far were successfully disposed of. Officials said more than 700 grievance petitions were received during Monday’s hearing through online and offline modes.
