Palani mutt land case: Arrested sub-registrar admitted to hospital
Madurai: Suspended sub-registrar Justin Manikandan Subramanian , who was arrested in connection with the Arulmigu Dhandapani Swamigal Madam in Palani land registration case, was admitted to the Dindigul Government Medical College Hospital , after he complained of chest pain and dizziness.
After the Madras high court dismissed his anticipatory bail petition on Wednesday, the CB-CID officials arrested Subramanian who was in hiding at a house in Kodaikanal in Dindigul district on Thursday. He was taken to the Dindigul CB-CID office for investigation. Since he complained of chest pain and dizziness, he was admitted to the hospital on Thursday night.

On Friday, Dindigul judicial magistrate I, S Packiaraj, visited him at the hospital and remanded him in judicial custody till August 21. Subramanian would continue to undergo treatment at the hospital till his health condition improves.
