PMC registers 282 grievances at Sahyog Shivir, resolves 58 on spot
Patna : The Patna Municipal Corporation (PMC) organised Sahyog Shivir across six zones on Tuesday to address public grievances.
The civic body registered 282 applications, providing immediate resolution in 58 cases. Municipal commissioner Yashpal Meena supervised the camps and ensured that all applications were recorded on the Sahyog portal to facilitate tracking through reference numbers.

In addition to municipal services, special counters were set up for complaints and applications related to electricity, revenue and other departments. The maximum number of applications was received from the Kankarbagh circle (71), while the Bankipur and Patliputra circles recorded the highest number of disposals, with 14 cases resolved each.

Several MLAs, including Sanjeev Chaurasia from the Digha constituency, participated in the camps. Mayor Sita Sahu and other senior PMC officials visited the camp sites to ensure smooth operations. Officials said around 20% of the applications received on-the-spot attention, while the remaining cases entered a mandatory 30-day resolution cycle.
