Buxar : A tractor driver triggered chaos and a police probe after driving his vehicle on a pedestrian footbridge near the Itadhi railway crossing in Buxar, where it got stuck at a narrow bend. A video of the bizarre incident has since gone viral on social media.
The incident occurred amid traffic disruptions caused by the closure of a nearby railway overbridge. Officials said vehicular movement on the bridge was suspended after structural damage was detected. The overbridge, built at a cost of Rs 26.40 crore, developed cracks in a slab near pier number 5 within days of its inauguration, forcing authorities to stop traffic.
