'Sexually explicit language': Cyber complaint filed over 'defamatory' Instagram video targeting Rahul Gandhi

BENGALURU: A member of the Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) Legal Cell has lodged a police complaint with the Cyber Crime Police stating that an Instagram page posted a defamatory and objectionable video targeting the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi , and that several users posted abusive and sexually explicit comments on the post.
