In a separate incident on Friday in Kerala’s Guruvayur, 52-year-old Wahida suffered severe injuries when a stray dog bit off part of her ear. She was attacked while clearing weeds in front of her house at around 5:30 pm.
Neighbours rushed to her aid, chased the dog away, and took her first to Kunnamkulam Taluk Government Hospital before she was shifted to Thrissur Government Medical College . Hospital authorities have confirmed that Wahida’s condition is stable.
