Vietnam boat tragedy: Salem, Dharmapuri businessmen among dead
SALEM: Two businessmen from Salem and Dharmapuri districts of Tamil Nadu were among those killed in a boat tragedy in Vietnam on Saturday.
N Sridhar, 60, of Ramakrishna Road in Salem travelled with friends to Vietnam on July 8. Sridhar was a prominent cellphone dealer, supplying mobiles wholesale in Salem and nearby towns. He leaves behind his wife Jayanthi, son Karthi in Australia and daughter Harini who is in Scotland.
