Wife Kills Husband Over Rs 8 Crore Property Dispute, Arrested After Body Discovery in Karnataka

In a shocking incident in Telangana's Uppal, a woman is accused of killing her husband and traveling over 800 kilometers to dispose of his body in Karnataka, near Bengaluru. Police revealed that the motive behind the murder was the desire to inherit assets worth approximately Rs 8 crore .

Authorities arrested three individuals in connection with the case: Niharika, the wife of the victim, her lover Nikhil, and another accomplice, Ankur. Together, they allegedly plotted the gruesome murder to access the businessman’s wealth and took drastic measures to conceal their crime by crossing state borders.

Niharika reportedly killed her husband, 55-year-old businessman Ramesh, on October 1, after he declined her request to transfer significant property into her name. Following the murder, she, along with the two other suspects, drove to a coffee estate located in Kodagu district, Karnataka, to dispose of Ramesh’s body.
