Will remain loyal to Iskcon, Radharamn says in open letter
Kolkata: A day after his “removal” from the posts of Iskcon Kolkata vice-president and spokesperson, Radharamn Das issued an open letter on Monday, saying he accepts the organisation’s authority and had no intention of fighting it, forming a separate body or seeking sympathy. Describing himself as a lifelong servant of Srila Prabhupada ’s movement, Das said he was pained not because of losing posts, but because he was misunderstood after three decades of service.

Das on Sunday had posted on X saying he had been removed from different Iskcon posts and that he had been barred from representing the organisation before politicians, govt officials, public authorities and the media. Soon, however, he deleted the X post. He had listed six reasons for his removal.
Citing the reasons in his letter again, Das said he may have acted too quickly, spoken too directly or failed to consult seniors, but none of his actions were for personal gain or publicity. While seeking forgiveness from anyone hurt because of him, Das said he would remain loyal to Iskcon, and continue praying for humility, patience and wisdom.
