HSSC CET Group C recruitment 2026: Registration ends tomorrow for 1,238 posts; direct link to apply here
The Haryana Staff Selection Commission ( HSSC ) will close the online registration process for Group C Recruitment 2026 tomorrow, June 30, 2026. Eligible candidates who have qualified the Common Eligibility Test (CET) Group C 2025 can apply through the official HSSC recruitment portal before 11:59 PM.
The recruitment is being conducted under Advertisement No. 06/2026 for 1,238 Group C vacancies in different departments of the Haryana Government. Applications are being accepted online from June 24 to June 30, 2026.

Eligibility criteria
Candidates applying for Assistant Superintendent Jail posts should have a graduate degree from a recognised university. Those applying for Prison Warder posts must have passed Class 12 or its equivalent. Candidates should also have studied Hindi or Sanskrit at the Matric or higher level. Physical standards and physical screening tests will also apply for these posts.

The written examination will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions carrying 100 marks. The duration of the exam will be 1 hour and 45 minutes. There will be no negative marking for incorrect answers, but candidates must mark the fifth option for unattempted questions. Failure to do so will result in a deduction of one mark for each unattempted question.
