On June 1, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will felicitate students who secured a spot in the top 10 in the Class 10 and 12 examinations conducted by the UP Board, CBSE, CISCE, and the Sanskrit Board. For this event, the state government has extended invitations to the meritorious students as well as one of their guardians. A total of 223 topper students and their guardians will participate in this program.
**Number of Toppers by Board**
Combining all boards, the Uttar Pradesh state government will honor a total of 223 students. The breakdown of toppers by board is as follows:

**Will There Be Prize Money?**
It is worth noting that the state government will honor all these meritorious students with a cash prize of ₹1 lakh, a tablet, and a certificate of appreciation.
**Students to be Honored at the District Level as Well**
In addition to the state level, students will also be honored at the district level. A total of 1,459 students—who secured a place in the top 10 across all districts of the state—have been selected for this recognition. All these students will be awarded ₹21,000, a medal, and a certificate of appreciation. Please note that the cash prize for these toppers will be transferred directly into their bank accounts.
Dr. Mahendra Dev, Director of Secondary Education, has issued instructions to all District School Inspectors to ensure the proper and smooth organization of the event. The state-level program is scheduled to commence at 11:00 AM and will be broadcast live across all district headquarters. All topper students have been instructed to arrive in Lucknow for the event by 5:00 PM on May 31.
