Nagarjuna Apologises After Bodyguard Pushes Disabled Fan At Airport
A recent incident at the airport involving popular actor Nagarjuna and his bodyguard has sparked a flurry of reactions online. In a video shared by a paparazzo on X (formerly Twitter), Nagarjuna was seen exiting an airport alongside fellow actor Dhanush. As they made their way through the airport, a staff member from a nearby café approached Nagarjuna, seemingly to interact or perhaps get a closer look at the star.
However, before he could get close, Nagarjuna's bodyguard intervened and pushed the man away, causing him to stumble and fall. Despite the commotion, Nagarjuna did not react and continued walking, while Dhanush, who was also present, looked back a few times but similarly kept moving.
Public Reaction and Online Outrage
The video of the incident quickly went viral, being shared across multiple platforms, including Reddit. The aggressive behaviour of the bodyguard and the subsequent lack of response from Nagarjuna drew heavy criticism from the public. Many expressed their outrage and empathy for the disabled fan who was pushed away.
One Reddit user wrote, "He is disabled. How much humiliated he must have felt." Another commented, "This is heartbreaking. That man didn’t deserve such manhandling." Others echoed similar sentiments, criticising the way the situation was handled: "There are better ways to handle fans who come too close to the celeb," and "Now I have a heavy heart...this world is so cruel."
