Peeping Moon recently reported that editor Antony Ruben's departure from Pushpa 2 was due to scheduling conflicts. The entertainment portal suggested that Naveen Nooli could step in to complete the film's editing. A source closely associated with the production assured Hindustan Times, stating, “Pushpa 2 will be releasing on August 15; that’s a firm commitment.” Another insider affirmed, “Allu Arjun will complete shooting for the film this month, and by June, the rest of the shooting will be wrapped up. So there’s no possibility of the film being delayed.”

Earlier this year, the production team unveiled the film's teaser on Allu Arjun's birthday. The teaser showcased Allu Arjun donning a saree, his face adorned with hues of blue and red. Speaking to Pinkvilla, she expressed, “I can promise you that Pushpa 2 is going to be so much bigger. We gave some madness in the first film, in part 2, we know we have a responsibility because people have so much expectation from the film. We are constantly and consciously trying to deliver that.”
