As excitement around Ramayana continues to grow, the makers are now reportedly considering an earlier theatrical release for the much-awaited epic. According to reports, producer Namit Malhotra is exploring an October 30, 2026 release for the big-budget spectacle. The strategy is reportedly aimed at giving the film a stronger hold during the Diwali holidays, allowing collections to peak in the second week instead of the opening weekend.

A report quoted sources saying that the makers want to “redefine business” with a pre-Diwali launch that could gain momentum during the festive season. Discussions about advancing the release are said to be underway, with a final call expected soon.
