Multi-Phase Relief Operation Begins

According to reports, Salman Khan personally reached out to SKFC Assam to organize a phased relief operation that would ensure aid reaches the worst-affected areas in a systematic manner.

The first phase of the campaign has already begun in Sivasagar, with essential supplies being transported from Guwahati. Volunteers are distributing ready-to-eat food packets containing biscuits, jaggery, poha, puffed rice, bread, cheese and jam. The objective is to provide enough food to sustain affected families for at least three days until additional assistance reaches them.

Apart from food, relief kits also include: Drinking water, Water purification tablets, Sanitary pads, Mosquito coils, Other hygiene essentials

These supplies are intended to address both immediate hunger and health concerns in flood-hit regions.
