10. Mark I

The armour was first introduced in ‘Iron Man 3’ and it featured massive jackhammer-like arms that could create shockwaves. It quickly became one of Tony’s strongest close combat suits.

This is a comic fan favourite and was the main armour used in the 80s era of the Iron Man comics. The armour was also featured in the ‘Iron Man 3’ and has hidden blades that can extend from its arms while also having a different colour palette than the classic gold and red.

It was seen in ‘Avengers: Infinity Wars’ and the ’ armour introduced nanotechnology to Iron Man’s plethora. The suit could form instantly around Iron Man and create weapons and thrusters whenever needed.
