A Crafting Guide To Delicious Schezwan Hakka Noodles At Home
Step 1-
Cook the Hakka noodles according to the package instructions. Make sure they are al dente, as overcooked noodles can become mushy when stir-fried.

Step 2- Drain the noodles and rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process. Drizzle a little oil over the noodles and toss to prevent them from sticking together. Set aside.

Step 3- Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the chopped garlic and ginger, and sauté until they become fragrant and slightly golden.

Step 4- Add the sliced onions, bell peppers, and carrots. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften. Add the shredded cabbage and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
