Actress Kim Yoo Jung has once again shown her generous spirit by donating 100 million won (around $75,000 USD) to help those in need. On October 9th, her agency, Awesome ENT, revealed that she made this contribution last month to two causes close to her heart—the Elderly Support Center and Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation.

A representative from Awesome ENT mentioned, “Kim Yoo Jung made the donation with the hope that the elderly living alone and children with severe disabilities will be able to live healthier lives in better conditions.”

The donation is evenly split, with 50 million won going to each organization. This money will provide essential support to elderly individuals living alone and children with severe disabilities. According to Awesome ENT, Kim Yoo Jung hopes her donation will improve the quality of life for these vulnerable groups, helping the elderly with food supplies and offering rehabilitation, medical assistance, and caregiving services to children who lack family support.

This isn’t the first time Kim Yoo Jung has opened her heart to those in need. Earlier this year, in February, she donated another 100 million won to the Korea Pediatric Cancer Foundation, helping children fighting cancer, leukemia, and rare diseases. Her charitable efforts extend even further—she became the youngest member of the Green Noble Club in 2020, a high-donor group within the Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation. In 2023, she also donated 30 million won to assist children who were victims of crime.
