CRPF to conduct 'professional post-event assessment' of RAF action at student protests

NEW DELHI: Central Reserve Police Force ( CRPF ) Director General Gyanendra Pratap Singh on Monday said the force would conduct a "professional post-event assessment" of the action taken by Rapid Action Force (RAF) personnel during CJP-led student protests , following the conclusion of the agitation.

Singh said the review would be carried out in line with the CRPF's standard procedure after major operational deployments, now that the protest has ended and demonstrators have dispersed.
