Nagpur minor rape: Flat owner to face FIR
The owner of a one-room flat, where a 16-year-old Class 12 student was held captive for 24 hours and subjected to brutal sexual assault by a Thane youth, is set to face an FIR for not verifying his tenant, who posed as a NEET aspirant while seeking the rented room, said police. The accused booked the room for Rs 3,000 through an online portal and was in possession of it for three months.
