Southern coastal regions are also expected to experience unstable weather conditions during the coming days.

The Meteorological Department has forecast light to moderate rainfall accompanied by thunderstorms, lightning and strong winds in Kerala, Mahe and Lakshadweep between 24 and 28 May.
