To keep things fair and transparent, but not chaotic, CJI Kant is pushing for clear protocols on who can access and share live-streamed court content.
The Supreme Court has already banned unauthorized sharing or monetizing of these streams since July 24, 2026.
He also urged citizens and the media to report responsibly so social harmony isn't disrupted.
