NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday marked the seventh anniversary of the abrogation of Articles 370 and 35(A), saying the move ushered in "a decisive new chapter" for Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh and had led to "wide-ranging transformation" across the region.
In a post on X, PM Modi said the constitutional changes made on August 5, 2019, had expanded opportunities in infrastructure, education, healthcare, entrepreneurship and sports while ensuring constitutional rights for all citizens.
