MEA summons Ukraine ambassador after attack on ship with 4 Indians on board
NEW DELHI: The ministry of external Affairs ( MEA ) on Monday summoned Ukraine 's ambassador Dr Oleksandr Polishchuk following an attack on a merchant vessel near the Ukrainian port of Odesa that had 4 Indian nationals on board.
The diplomatic move comes a day after the vessel was struck amid the worsening security situation in the Black Sea.
According to the Indian embassy in Ukraine, two of the four Indian crew members are safe, while information about the remaining two is still awaited.
