'Rajghat, then back to the mountains': Sonam Wangchuk discharged from Medanta Hospital
NEW DELHI: Scientist and environmental activist Sonam Wangchuk was discharged from Gurgaon's Medanta Hospital on Monday after nearly a week of medical supervision following his prolonged hunger strike, which had ended days earlier.
After his discharge, Wangchuk is scheduled to pay tribute to Mahatma Gandhi at Rajghat before returning to his home in Ladakh.
