The plan is to get stranded LPG cargoes moving first, then slowly restart imports of liquefied natural gas (LNG) and crude oil.
According to Kpler's Lead Research Analyst for Refining & Modelling, Sumit Ritolia, things should start looking normal after about four weeks once Gulf producers ramp up exports.
