Terrorist handler arrested in J&K's Kishtwar
JAMMU: J&K Police late Tuesday arrested Mohammed Rafiq Naik , a key facilitator accused of providing logistical and operational support to foreign terrorists operating in Chatroo area in Kishtwar district.
“Naik was functioning as the main handler of the Saifullah group in Chatroo area and allegedly provided active assistance to a group of foreign terrorists operating in the region,” SSP Kishtwar Naresh Singh said, adding that efforts were underway to unearth the full extent of his role in the network and trace his links with the foreign terrorist outfit.
