- Register your complaint and make sure to note your complaint number.
- Provide specific details such as the date, time, and amount of the duplicate toll charge.
- Once your complaint is verified, the refund will be credited to your Fastag account, typically within 20-30 days.
2. File a Complaint with the National Payments Corporation of India ( NPCI ):
- If your issue remains unresolved through NHAI, reach out to NPCI at 1800 120 1740.
- Furnish details about your vehicle and the transaction number associated with the duplicate deduction.
- After verification, you can expect the refund within 15 working days.
