Existential Laboratory (E-Lab): From Knowing To Experiencing

We live in an age of information. We have access to scriptures, books, lectures, podcasts, workshops and spiritual teachings from across the world. Many of us know what the Bhagavad Gita says. We may have read the Bible , the Upanishads, the Dhammapada or the teachings of saints such as Kabir.
But a deeper question needs to be asked:
Has what we know become what we live?
