The Significance of Sawan Month

The month of Sawan is revered as an auspicious period for honoring Lord Shiva. During this time, numerous rituals such as *Rudrabhishek* (ritual bathing of the Shiva Linga with sacred substances), *Jalabhishek* (water offerings), and *Bhajan-Kirtan* (devotional singing) take place at Shiva temples nationwide.
