  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce (optional for spice)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Spring onions for garnish

Step-by-Step Recipe

1. Cook the Noodles

Boil noodles in water with a pinch of salt until just cooked. Do not overcook. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop sticking. Toss with a few drops of oil and set aside.

2. Heat the Wok

Take a large pan or wok and heat oil on high flame. Street-style flavor comes from high heat cooking, so keep the flame strong.
