GOA HELPS ME SLOW DOWN

For Gauri, Goa is synonymous with peace. "It has this beautiful ability to slow life down," she says. Surrounded by the sea, greenery and monsoon rains, the state reminds her to be present. She adds, "Whenever I'm in Goa, I feel lighter, more creative and more connected to myself." Her perfect day in Goa begins with an early morning walk on the beach, followed by a cup of coffee and meditation. She enjoys exploring quaint cafés and hidden beaches before winding down with music, a sunset, simple Goan food and meaningful conversations.
