Inside Ashneer Grover's Luxurious Rs 30 Crore Home in Delhi
Ashneer Grover, the former CEO of BharatPe and a well-known figure from Shark Tank India, has recently showcased his lavish home in South Delhi through several video tours, sparking widespread discussion online about the extravagant costs associated with its decor. Located in Panchsheel Park, one of the priciest areas in Delhi, the property is estimated to be worth over Rs 30 crore, with land prices reaching approximately Rs 18,000 per square foot.
The couple, Ashneer and Madhuri Jain Grover, took on the task of designing their home without the assistance of any celebrity designers. Madhuri mentioned that they explored numerous properties before choosing this one. The design features a blend of earthy stone tiles and grey flooring, complemented by indoor plants, timber, and marble. They describe their style as a mix of Scandinavian tranquility infused with Punjabi elements, using a palette of beige, white, and black, accented with gold and large French windows.
A notable aspect of their decor is the wall art, which consists of computer-generated images created by a South Indian illustrator based in the US. Ashneer was so impressed with these designs that he had them hand-painted by his sister-in-law. One of the most talked-about pieces of furniture is their dining table, which was rumored to cost Rs 10 crore. However, Ashneer clarified that the actual price is Rs 1 crore. While still extravagant, he humorously remarked, “Even I didn’t know it was that expensive.” This reflects the lifestyle that comes with a net worth of Rs 21,300 crore.
The residence features a bar area designed with mood lighting and a collection of 100 to 150 bottles, resembling a five-star hotel bar. Interestingly, neither Ashneer nor Madhuri consumes alcohol; the bar was primarily used by Ashneer's father, who enjoyed drinks there. Following his father's passing, Ashneer honored him by placing his portrait next to the bar, transforming it into a heartfelt tribute. This elaborate bar setup is valued at around Rs 1.5 crore.
