'Jana Nayagan' pre-sales box office collection: CM Vijay's film exceeds Rs 16 crore in India, trails 'Leo' and 'GOAT'

'Jana Nayagan' records over Rs 16 crore in Day 1 bookingsAccording to trade estimates from Sacnilk, 'Jana Nayagan' has already earned more than Rs 16 crore in Day 1 bookings across India, including blocked seats. As of Tuesday morning, the film's domestic pre-sales stood at Rs 16.33 crore, driven largely by its Tamil version. The Tamil version alone has grossed Rs 11.30 crore from over 417,000 tickets sold in 5,091 shows. Tamil Nadu has emerged as the biggest market with Rs 6.74 crore in advance sales, followed by Karnataka (Rs 4.88 crore) and Kerala (Rs 1.80 crore). The Telugu and Hindi versions have also begun registering bookings, although their contribution remains comparatively smaller.
