Thane: The Nationalist Congress Party (Sharadchandra Pawar) has launched a sharp attack against the Maharashtra State Government, demanding a official white paper from the Revenue and Forest Departments regarding an alleged 193-acre Transferable Development Rights (TDR) land scam in Thane.

​Addressing a press conference in Thane, NCP (SP) District President Manoj Pradhan raised strong objections over the state government's contrasting handling of two identical land disputes involving forest land connected to the Sanjay Gandhi National Park (SGNP).
