City Slip and Admit Card are Different

Candidates must note that the city intimation slip is not the admit card. The city slip only contains information about the city where the candidate has been allotted an exam center. Details such as the full name and address of the exam center, reporting time, and other essential information will be provided in the admit card. The NEET PG 2026 admit card is scheduled for release on August 27, while the exam will be held on August 30, 2026. Consequently, once the city slip is received, candidates can make advance arrangements for travel and accommodation to reach their exam city.

No Opportunity to Change Exam City

Candidates will not be given the option to change their exam city after the city slip has been issued. The application modification process has already concluded, and according to NBEMS, the allocation of exam cities has been determined based on available centers and the volume of applications for specific cities. Submitting an application early does not grant priority in the allocation of a specific test city or center.
