Ingredients:
2 cups spinach (palak), washed and chopped
1 cup sweet corn kernels, boiled
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, pureed
2 green chilies, finely chopped
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 cup fresh cream or milk (optional)
2 tablespoons oil or butter
Salt to taste
Water as needed
Instructions:
Blanch the Spinach: Boil water in a pan, add the chopped spinach, and blanch it for 2-3 minutes. Drain and transfer it to cold water to retain its color. Blend into a smooth puree and set aside.
