Keeping public convenience in mind, RPO Ghaziabad has launched a walk-in service. Through this facility, applicants can visit the office directly—without scheduling a prior appointment—to have their issues resolved. However, certain prescribed conditions must be met to avail of this service.

Service availability

This service will be available from Monday to Thursday each week; it will not be available on government holidays. A key feature is that applicants do not need to book a slot in advance and can visit the office directly to present their issues. However, the facility will be available to a limited number of people each day; a maximum of 150 applicants’ grievances and issues will be addressed daily.
