Rekha to receive Excellence in Cinema award at IFFM 2026

Veteran Bollywood actor Rekha will be honored with the Excellence in Cinema Award at this year's Indian Film Festival of Melbourne (IFFM).

To commemorate her contribution to Indian cinema, the festival will screen her iconic film Umrao Jaan, which is celebrating its 45th anniversary this year.

She will also serve as the guest of honor.

The festival will be held from August 13-23.
