If you're pressed for time in the morning, there's a quick alternative: grab some ice cubes from the freezer, place them in a large bowl, and add a bit of plain water. In just a minute, you'll have your ice-cold water ready.
Once your water is prepared, dip your face into it for a few seconds, then lift it out. Repeat this process 15 to 20 times each morning. The sudden cold exposure causes your facial pores to contract and tighten, which firms the skin, reduces puffiness, and gradually lessens the appearance of fine lines.
