A few years ago, that idea would've sounded unrealistic. Today, it's something companies around the world are actually experimenting with. And surprisingly, many of them aren't losing money because of it. That's probably why the four-day workweek has become one of the biggest conversations in the workplace. People aren't just asking, "Can we work less?" They're asking something much more interesting: "Do we really need five days to get our work done?" Turns out, the answer isn't as obvious as we once thought.
