2. Eating *Sattvic* Food on Dwadashi: The fast is concluded (*Paran*) the following day, known as *Dwadashi*. On this day, it is important to consume *Sattvic* food, which is pure, wholesome, and vegetarian. Avoid garlic, onions, red lentils (*masoor dal*), meat, and alcohol on this day.

3. Observing *Brahmacharya* (Celibacy):

Adhering to the principles of *Brahmacharya* is crucial during the Nirjala Ekadashi fast. Any lapse can break the fast and displease Lord Vishnu.
