The first sign is a constant feeling of fatigue. If lethargy persists even after adequate sleep, it could be a sign of a lack of essential nutrients in the body. This condition gradually affects both working capacity and energy. Another sign is excessive hair loss.   A little hair loss is normal when the weather changes, but if it continues and increases, it could be a sign of an internal deficiency. When the hair roots lack proper nutrition, their natural growth cycle begins to deteriorate.
