Support from the Fans
The massive turnout and the palpable excitement among the fans were significant morale boosters for the team. "It gives the team a great feeling that the country is behind us and everyone supports us," remarked coach Julian Nagelsmann. This overwhelming support reflects the renewed optimism surrounding the team, especially following their recent victories over France and the Netherlands in March.

Building Momentum
Germany's recent performances have sparked a resurgence of hope. After disappointing group-stage exits at the last two World Cups and a round-of-16 elimination by England at the most recent European Championship, the national team is eager to redeem itself.

Germany sporting director Rudi Voeller said the hosts were 'burning hot' for the tournament. "It’s a great opportunity to show ourselves and be approachable. That’s very important.”

We would have liked to go to an even bigger stadium. The demand was unbelievable,“ he added.
