Robert Griffin III’s cryptic post about Detroit Lions CB Terrion Arnold goes viral on X

Robert Griffin III reportedly wrote about Terrion Arnold on X, stating not to ruin life by kidnapping and robbing people, drinking and driving, or putting hands on women.

The NFL analyst even states, “If you are any human being, don’t ruin your life doing this type of stuff.” But that’s probably what Terrion Arnold did.

This case took place in February 2026, just days before Super Bowl LX.

Terrion Arnold’s name appeared in a Florida court order for an armed robbery and kidnapping at an apartment after midnight on February 4, 2026.

The Detroit Lions’ 2024 first-round pick was connected to the three men arrested in the case: Boakai Hilton Jr., Lyndell Hudson, and Christion Williams.

These three men were charged with three felony counts of robbery with a firearm, with a deadly weapon, which could carry a life sentence.

Terrion Arnold kidnapping and robbery case
Terrion Arnold’s Airbnb home in Largo was robbed twice. He was robbed of designer bags, $100K in cash, an $80K necklace, and a cellphone issued to him by the league.

Arnold reported the robbery to the Largo Police Department. He suspected his driver, Yan Lopez, could have been involved. Arnold and his friends decided to take matters into their own hands after the Largo’s two thefts.

Boakai Hilton Jr. orchestrated an ambush with Terrion Arnold seated in the back seat while traveling back from Tallahassee.

Terrion Arnold’s girlfriend, Arianna Del Valle ’s friend, Jasmine Randazzo, lured a friend of Yan Lopez’s, Daniel Tenesaca, and his friend Soljah Anderson into her Tampa apartment.

Lyndell Hudson and Christion Williams were hiding and armed with an AR-style rifle and a semiautomatic firearm in the Tampa apartment.

Arianna Del Valle instructed Jasmine Randazzo to bring Daniel Tenesaca to the apartment. Daniel Tenesaca had shown romantic interest in Jasmine Randazzo.

Alleged text messages show Arianna Del Valle told Jasmine Randazzo to “act as bait…with promises that Terrion Arnold and his friends would pay Jasmine Randazzo for doing so.”

Yan Lopez was waiting in the car when Daniel Tenesaca and his friend Soljah Anderson entered the Tampa apartment.

Arianna Del Valle greeted them and said Jasmine Randazzo was not at home. The duo thought she was joking, so they started looking for her in the apartment.

When Daniel Tenesaca reached a bedroom closet door, Lyndell Hudson and Christion Williams jumped at him; both of them were armed, and they allegedly took Daniel Tenesaca and Soljah Anderson hostage.

According to the seven-page court order from Hillsborough County Circuit Judge J. Logan Murphy, they were “interrogating, beating, and pistol-whipping them for the better part of an hour.”

Yan Lopez, the driver, who was waiting in the car, grew suspicious of his friends’ whereabouts and entered the Tampa apartment.

He was also pistol-whipped and taken into the bedroom where his friends were allegedly held hostage.

Terrion Arnold’s girlfriend, Arianna Del Valle, then began live-streaming on her phone and broadcast the encounter. Jasmine Randazzo joined the live-stream.

One of the defendants stuck the barrel of his firearm into Yan Lopez’s mouth and demanded that he return the stolen property and Terrion Arnold’s cellphone.

The codefendants took the phones and wallets of the victims and then let them go.

According to the court order, “This was all done ostensibly to get Yan Lopez, Daniel Tenesaca, and Soljah Anderson to admit that they stole the property from the Airbnb, which they never do.”

Terrion Arnold faces four counts of armed robbery and four counts of kidnapping

FRESH UPDATE: Tampa Police investigators say the incident was live-streamed to Terrion Arnold, Boakai Hilton, and Freddie Hughes while they were traveling to the apartment.

There was a group chat involving the defendants. Terrion Arnold and Boakai Hilton gave directions through that chat while the attack was happening.

An hour later, Terrion Arnold arrived at the Tampa apartment with Boakai Hilton, Freddie Hughes, and another person.

He directed them to go inside while the robbery was still going on.

According to the police, Terrion Arnold was the primary conspirator in the alleged robbery and kidnapping case.

He turned himself in on Wednesday night [June 24]. He is now facing four counts of kidnapping and four counts of armed robbery.
