Saina Nehwal

Saina Nehwal is one of India's greatest Commonwealth Games badminton stars, winning five medals - 3 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze - across four editions. She claimed mixed team bronze in 2006, gold in women's singles and silver in the mixed team event in 2010, before adding golds in the women's singles and mixed team events at Gold Coast 2018. Saina became the first Indian woman to win Commonwealth Games singles gold in 2010 and the first Indian to win two CWG singles gold medals (2010 and 2018).She is a recipient of the Arjuna Award, Khel Ratna, Padma Shri, and Padma Bhushan .
