Stefon Diggs isn't staying quiet. After headlines circulated about a $10 million settlement tied to the ongoing legal battle involving his accuser, Christopher Griffith , the free-agent wide receiver took to social media to call the coverage misleading, and he didn't hold back. Diggs disputed key details of the story and challenged Griffith to make his claimed evidence public, reigniting a legal saga that's followed him for months and reportedly kept teams at bay this offseason.

Stefon Diggs pushes back hard on Christopher Griffith's $10 million lawsuit claims

The settlement in question was between Griffith and Diggs' brother, Darez, a separate $10 million lawsuit Griffith filed over an alleged 2023 attack outside his LA apartment, in which he claimed over $100,000 in property was stolen.

Diggs pushed back on the idea that his side paid out any money, arguing instead that the settlement came from what Griffith allegedly stole in the first place. He also took aim at reports that Griffith's legal team had produced "100 pages" of texts and Instagram messages as evidence in the main, still-pending lawsuit, the one where Griffith alleges Diggs drugged and sexually assaulted him at his Maryland home in 2023. Diggs dismissed that framing as false and dared Griffith to actually release the messages instead of just referencing them in filings.
