Nazara Tech CEO Nitish Mittersain, others invest Rs 12.25 crore in EV startup Hala Mobility
Electric vehicle (EV)-as-a-service platform Hala Mobility has raised Rs 12.25 crore in a mix of equity and debt. The round saw equity investments from Nazara Technologies CEO Nitish Mittersain, Aarti Gupta of Anikarth Ventures, and debt funding from Recur Club.
Angel investors participating included Thyrocare founder Dr A Velumani, Aditya Singh of All In Capital, and Pranav Mahajani of LetsVenture.

Founded by Srikanth Reddy Kalakonda and Snehith Reddy Meda, Hala Mobility operates an EV-as-a-service model for last-mile delivery and logistics, primarily catering to gig workers and fleet operators.
Hala Mobility received the funding after making a pitch on entrepreneurial reality show Bharat Ke Super Founders, streamed on Amazon MX Player.
The company follows a FOCO (franchise-owned, company-operated) structure and manages EVs across procurement, operations and analytics, it said in a statement.
