Sergey Brin and Larry Page have deepened their ties to South Florida . Together, the Google co-founders have purchased waterfront homes worth more than $225 million in the state. Meanwhile, their company, Google parent Alphabet , has reportedly followed suit by expanding its Miami office footprint more than fourfold. According to a Bloomberg report, the tech giant has increased its leased office space from about 10,000 square feet to roughly 45,000 square feet.
